Saying Goodbye

Dear McCracken’s families,

Regarding unused tuition, and refunds and gymnast belongings:

I know that many of you have questions about the past two weeks and the classes that we were sadly unable to conduct due to the floodings. Please know that I care about doing the right thing for every family who entrusted me with their child’s time and tuition. In addition, there are many gymnasts who have left personal belongings behind before the flood occurred. More importantly my hope is to offer an opportunity for past and present families and their children to return to say their goodbyes and find a bit of emotional closure that we, as a staff, perhaps are all in need of.

In an effort to achieve these tasks, we will be opening our doors on:

Date: Tuesday, August 5th
Time: 5pm-7:30pm
Refunds: upstairs party room
*If you are unable to attend, we will mail your refund to your address on file.
