Meeting Minutes Booster Club Meeting

We have a few changes in regards to some officer positions.  Dawn Beck is now the new Booster Club President.  We are also looking for a new Treasurer.  Another change is Connie Askew is our new Food Buyer.

Thanks to all of you who held these positions. 

 Fundraising:

Trash bags:  Darla Forgey will be looking into this fundraiser.  Further information will be forthcoming.

½ and ½ Raffle: This fundraiser was a huge success.  We made $xx.xx this first meet.  If you are a volunteer parent and are very outgoing please sign up to run this raffle.  Our next opportunity will be at the Guaranteed Foods Meet.

 2009/2010 Competition Season

March Madness Meet:  Level 8-10 will be responsible for set-up and take down and baked goods.

 Buy-out/Volunteer Committee:

There is a committee working hard on reorganizing our buy-out/volunteer responsibilities.  They are focusing on communications and the buy-out.  If you are interested in helping with this committee please contact Dawn Beck.  There will be an e-mail coming with further information and the next meeting time.

Yearbook: 

We need parents to take pictures of your gymnast during meets or even group shots at practices.  We would like to have as many pictures as we can get of every gymnast.  If you have any pictures please drop them as a CD or hard copy in the Booster Club Box. 

 Sponsors:

We are still in need of Level 4 Girls sponsors.  If you are interested please contact Dawn Beck. 

Using Individual Account Funds for Meet Fees:  In order to use your individual account to pay for meet fees, the entire amount of the meet fee must be in your account.  You cannot use your individual account for partial payment.
